Inhumane Nimble

Hi everyone I don't even know where to start I'm so disappointed in nimble collection and their staff and how inhumane they are. I lost my job due to covid and I was unable to pay my debts and unfortunately nimble got my account. They have been harrassing me and I told them I don't work to cut the long story short by God's grace I got a job offer however they required an arrangement letter, I called Nimble and advised them that I'm getting an offer and I need to make an arrangement so that I can start paying my debts. I spoke to an extremely rude consultant that told me that they won't send me an arrangement letter until I pay 3 consecutive payments. I told this lady how am I suppose to pay if I don't have a job and the only way I can get a job if they give me the letter .. she rudely told me that is not her problem I should have paid the account and they will not be sending me the letter. So today I'm sitting unable to get a job cause nimble doesn't want to send me an email with the arrangement I have made yet they are busy calling me asking for a payment .. I'm not sure if they want to go and commit some type of heist and go to jail.
