Incorrectly handed over

Even though I tried to get attention from this company through hello Peter i am still not assisted my name remain handed over with this company for a debt I paid already N supposed to have been closed by now. Feedback I received from this company is so dissatisfying even though I owe them nothing they find it hard removing my name from their system which is so frustrating.
