Incorrect information on expirian credit Bureau

Nimble group please inform expirian to update my information on their system.. Transunion already updated the information it shows that the account was paid off and closed but under expirian it shows that iam still owing an amount of R13693.. Please inform expirian credit Bureau to update my information because the account was paid up and closed
