*********** and *********
In December 2017 I cancelled my Vodacom contract with Autopage and paid them what I owed them for a Vodacom contract. I recently confirmed with Vodacom that I owe nothing on this account. Over a year later I receive notification from Nimble that I owe money: no explanation why over a year has passed, no details of the alleged debt. I disputed the matter and complained on Hellopeter. Recently Nimble responded on Hellopeter and said the matter had been resolved. I assumed my dispute was successful. Yet yesterday I received 2 phone calls from Nimble about this alleged debt. In these phone calls I was asked to give personal details like my ID details and so on, making me think Nimble is actually part of a ****. I am now experiencing this group as not only ***********, but as harassing me in an ********* and unprofessional manner. I intend laying a complaint with the Debt Collector Ombud.
According to our records the Autopage statement was sent to you on 29 March 2019, confirming how the debt came into life.
Vodacom took over the cell service subscription, but the payments in lieu of the device received was still payable to Autopage.
We will put you in contact with our Autopage queries team to resolve.
Kind Regards,
