Incompetence

Can't get hold of anyone. When you do get hold of someone, the respone is 'we are not able to assist you, we will forward your querie to the relevant departement, they will phone you back in 10 minutes. Its been 3 days of phoning them every hour. I'm done now. The last call I made I was givin an 11 digit phone number to phone. After explaining to Mickayla that this is a 11 digit number, the light finally went on and she said 'mmmm, this is the number I have but now I'm not sure'. The incompetence is just too much to handle. Avoid this business at all cost.
