IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS LADY

I sent an email requesting information and it has just been ignored. Tried calling in to the offices and it's impossible to get hold of anybody. This is pathetic service and terrible business ethics. CAN THIS LADY PLEASE CONTACT ME OR RESPOND TO MY MAIL!!!
