Before Edgars closed my wife was informed that she needed a new card. Subsequently she was contacted by the Nimble group and informed that she owed them just over r 130 for the card. After some discussion we paid that fee (10th november0, and this was acknowledged as a final settlement. She, however, keeps on getting threatening SMS's telling her she is overdue for e R 50 payment, and this needs to be done or else she will to pay extra fees and interest. One arrive today (21st December). I phoned the group and spoke to Nondumiso Ndlovu who conformed there was a zero balance. when asked why the threatening SMS's kept on being sent she told me that they were system generated and were done 'long ago'. She has no power (and actually no interest) in stopping these (basically not her problem). This is *******, bullying collection tactics.
