I would like to thank Courtney for the great service that she gave me. I have been calling several times a day to get my paid up letter. The consultants would take me from pillar to post, promising to send it even though some wouldn't even bother to ask ask my details. I even submitted a complaint on Hellopeter. I tried again, and got assisted by Courtney who kept me on the phone while we waited for the paid up letter to reflect. She was very pleasant and professional. I wish you would hire more people on Courtney's level.
