I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!
Settled the account via Debit order as discussed with the agent. Now I keep getting calls that I am still owing, been waiting for paid up letter since the beginning of the month. Followed and nothing is being done since. I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER AND YOU STOP CALLING ME.....
