I settled my account last year December but up until today I have not recieved my paid up letters.When I email to ask them to send they promise now we're in May how long must I wait ?When I went to capitec they told me to call nimble for paid up letters.

I settled my account last year December but up until today I have not recieved my paid up letters.When I email to ask them to send they promise now we're in May how long must I wait ?When I went to capitec they told me to call nimble for paid up letters. I'm frustrated with this my life is just stucked. I want them to give both of my paid up letter as I do not owe them anything.
