I have paid off my account
I have a serious issue with this company I have sent them proof that I settled my account in 2023 but they still show me on their system as owing I have sent them all the proof they requested regarding this and they still refuse to close my account I have even asked the company I settled with to send them proof but I still haven’t been cleared this is honestly ridiculous and sad cause I worked so hard to settle all my debts now this is sitting negatively on my report
