i am sick and tired of the run around!!!!!

i dont have words to express my disapointment. for the past 3 months ive been trying to get assistance with a *** which they have said that they paid out the funds that were in excess...around july they told me the money was paid abck to the debtreview company.

now the debt review company keep saying they need *** in order to process the refund. im just summarising here, ive been calling nimble and getting told the same thing over and over again. since today i am still told that the matter is being escalated but with no feedback after every phone call.

but when its them wanting the money you will feel it, but when you want oyur money back its an issue. i mean a simple *** taking forever to process? the year is almost ending and still nothing? if anyone is willing to help me please help me and advise if i need to go the legal route and what are the steps?
