"Nimble company is pathetic, for over 12 months they have been running a debit order on my account as agreed, in February i paid Transunion to pull my ITC record, only to find it was showing late payment and low pay on this specific Capitec collection they are running, always showed 150+ as low payer. on the 29th August 2017 i paid R80 again to check my Credit score and records, still showing no improvement, once again 150+ in RED meaning this account is still in arears. since i started paying this account via their Debit Order i havent missed even a single payment. they continue intentional to ruin my profile, after several emails i have sent to them. they havent responded on my enquiries. this is unprofessional and if you go to their website all contacts added there are not being answered or returned. i wish to know which body do they fall under since it is not disclosed on their website."
