How long does it take to get a paid up letter?
It took 3 years to sort out an account that I never agreed to or signed up for and from the looks of things its going to take another 3 years to get a simple paid up letter. Spoke to Conor who promised to send the letter, then spoke to 4 other people who said the letter will be sent in 24 hours. Its been 96 hours and no letter.
