Horrible service

I have been paying an amount for over a year when I'm finally at the end and have a minimum of 2 months left to pay I'm being told I owe an entirely larger amount making it look as if I haven't paid a cent, I called in sent through all requested documents and still have zero feedback this is absolutely pathetic and complete ****************.
