Horrible service

I still have not recieved feedback concerning my last query ,instead I keep receiving sms's about the Capitec account Nimble group stated was closed ,they promised that my contact details will be removed within 24 hrs but still continues to harass me ? I still have not received the letter confirming prescription on this account even after they claimed the account was closed as prescribed ,horrible service honestly
