harrasment

is it proffesional for a company to harrass you after you have made an arrangment. with every single call we get 3 to 4 times a week we asked for a statement but never do we receive it. they do not reply on emails nor faxes. we are sick and tierd of them calling and harrasing us even though we do have an agreed arrangment. with every consultant calling us the quickest response is we do not know of the arrangment. do they not comunicate and why should it be a different person with every call. we are at the stage were we do not want to pay them any longer because they never supply what we ask and how do we know that we actually owe them if no documents were send to us or a letter of account or nothing. they should go learn their credit law because according to the CEO this is wrong. this company has an overall bad bad bad review.

(Stand up to bullies If the debt collector is rude or harasses you, you can report them to the Council for Debt Collectors. The Council has powers to investigate the matter and can act by closing down the company or imposing hefty fines if they find that the debt collector in question has gone against their code. "Debt collectors are not allowed to harass you, embarrass you, contact your family members about your debt or to threaten you about going to jail for example. If what a debt collector is doing to you sounds unfair then chances are it’s not within the code of conduct," says Cornelius.
