Harassment of collection for money I don't owe

I have hust about paid up an account and out if tge blue, it shows on your system that I owe nearly 5K on a new account with same creditors!!! What the hell. I have sent your team, Jayde a message to fix this error. I hope you correct this immediately. I will report your team to the ncr for harassment as well since they constantly call me. I have blocked your number and have requested numerous times to contact me inky via email due to this constant calling.
