Harassment from agents

Nimble Group has started harassing me me on a daily basis for a debt that was obviously bought over from African Bank, that has been prescribed for more than 10 years as per the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 dictates. They have even gone as far as relisting the debt on the credit bureau, which is unacceptable. If the listing is not removed and your agents cease and desist from any further communication I have no problem with reporting your company to the credit bureau.
