HARASSMENT!!

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the harassment that I have to endure from this company.

10 calls every single day for an account that has been paid since December 2022 through another collection agency. You have purchased a debt that was paid and are now making it my problem?!!

It can never happen! I have multiple emails, and been promised multiple callbacks from agents who’s TL’s are suspiciously always in meetings when it is time to speak to me!

Absolutely appalling, and a joke of company. You shouldn’t even call yourself customer service because you harass harass harass, and then when it’s your turn to come to the table and explain why you’re harassing me, you fail, dismally so.

Just leave me alone for Gods sake!! Sort your stuff out at your sham of a company and leave me out of it!!!!!!!!!
