Harassment

How can a member of society be protected from harassment. I take it that these credit companies must chase people to recover debt. But what if one is innocent . You have no debt owing to the respective company and yet you get these annoying calls. You explain to the caller. They agree with you and promise that they will make a note on the system . You ask for a manager or supervisor. They listen . Promise you they will deal with it and 5min later you get another call. Nimble group is unprofessional. They have puppets working for them not reading notes on a system. I need advise... how do I charge a company like them for harassment. What is my legal right here.
