Great assistance from Themba at reception

I would like to thank Themba at reception for the patience he has given me and my husband as MTN listed me he and explained the process and that there's nothing they can do but the guy was very willing to assist me and went beyond what he can do.

He needs a triple bonus :) as he has been calm and did the impossible to assist me with the account that I am struggling with. I will continue the fight with MTN and the bureau team.
