I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a Mix Telematics account that I previously requested to be cancelled. Despite this, the account is now appearing on my credit report, which is both unexpected and deeply troubling.

To resolve this matter, I respectfully request the following:

Confirmation of Debt: Please provide full documentation verifying the origin and validity of the alleged debt, including the chain of assignment or ownership if the debt was transferred.

Credit Report Correction: As this was a month-to-month service and not a credit agreement or loan, I believe it is inappropriate for this account to be listed as a default or handed over for collection. I request that this entry be removed from my credit profile with immediate effect.
