I had an African Bank account that was handed over to Nimble group. I called in on the 19th Nov 2019 and requested for a settlement amount which was at a 40% discount and was told I could settle over 3 months, I then asked for the first payment to go off on the 21st Nov 2019.. I called in again on the 21st after the debit went off and requested that they debit the remaining balance as per the settlement discount which they did however I’m surprised to see that the amount was supposed to have been taken off when I was given the discount settlement amount is still there and has also accrued interest. Someone please sort this out and have your account removed from my profile else I’m going to take this further.
