***** account

I am extremely confused and upset at the moment. I got a notification on my credit report saying i owe you guys R4000 and ive never made a loan with you guys. Im currently under debt review so i dont know how it happened nor have i ever heared of this company. It seems to be linked to a ***** situation that occured 2 years ago January 2019 i was a victim of ***** and wonga was involved and i was told by their ***** department that i wasnt liable to pay so why is this still on my credit report and now showing i still owe. I would like an explanation as soon as possible
