Now they refuse to respond to my emails for *******ly adding an account in my name.

I was told to wait for the seller's contract(CellC),and till this day they have not emailed me the statement of account.I did not acknowledge account added to my Profile in January not even a phone call was rang to me.My whole life has changed because I missed a job offer,the unemployment rate on Black citizens will not decrease because this is how we treated.I want this account removed on my credit bureau profile now!
