False Promises from Nimble Group

Nimble Group is so unprofessional & unreasonable. Never commit to their promises. Since I settled My Account. Their consultants keep on promising to give a paid up letter to no avail. Am worried if they will debit My Account coz I settled the account, but they refuse to give me the paid up letter.
