false outstanding amount

I hope these email finds you will.

I have received an email on the 03/08/2022 stating I have an outstanding amount from mtn for R14029.67 . To my surprise I know that I don’t owe mtn . The matter was resolved by mtn, in 2017 I ordered a phone online received and returned it back to my nearest store in Polokwane. Months later I received an email stating I owe Mtn . I toke it upon myself to investigate with mtn and was informed it shows the phone was returned , but I was still being billed the matter was regarded as **********. Mtn sorted out the matter and I was proved with a letter to confirm it, that my account was up to date.

I am requesting Nimble Group to please clear the matter on your side and please stop sending me SMS, emails about any outstanding amount.

I am requesting a response as I will be taking further action .

May someone please assist me ,as I have proof of the above mention.
