Exploitation of people

You should be ashamed of yourselves. 90% of your reviews are a 1 star - this is probably because people cant give you 0 stars. You are exploiting people and have no shame in doing so.

Poor Ilhaam as a customer care consultant who has to copy and paste a generic message to almost every person in the hellopeter page. That just frustrates us more as you not taking care to understand the query or doing anything about it.

There is nothing in what you do that speaks to treating customers fairly. Absolutely nothing. All you do is give us stress when we are already trying to keep our heads above water.

Im waiting for feedback from a query from February 2023 and my emails get ignored.
