Employees with no customer service skills
an ********** number called me looking for Phumzile and when i told the lady its the wrong number, she then asked me how long i have been using the number, i told her to check via RICA, she then called me stupid. i tell this company everyday to write it down on their system that its the phone number.

12 Apr 2022, 12:12On top of that, i asked the second caller, Mavis if she was the same person i spoke too, she says no they get numbers based on the system. i then asked to speak to the manager, she says manager needs a reason why someone would want to speak to them.
