Embarrassing company with no integrity

This company is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. Communicated that mine and my membership at Zone Fitness arrears has been paid up and brought back to normal at Zone Fitness, but they continue to literally harass us with inundated calls saying we owe money. Our debit order is going off at Zone Fitness and our account has been brought back to normal at Zone Fitness. These people have no customer service skills with which to resolve queries and have a I don’t care attitude. Life already has its trials and tribulations then you have to deal with rude, *********** individuals on a daily basis and get told that I’m getting charged for every call. Your service is laughable, your demeanour leaves a lot to question and your integrity of your organization is embarrassing. You should be ashamed of the way that you do business, makes me sick to the pits of my stomach.
