Duplication Of The Debt

Good Day

I hope you may assist with the matter on my account I have an outstanding account with African Bank, However this company goes to my credit berue and duplicate the account as if I owe them as again with the greater amount and the same outstanding instalments so I have sent them a proof for this to be removed on the ITC till date I have not received any response and when I call their company am not getting any positive feedback. Please help maybe by me sending this email it will assist I am so desperate to settle this but they holding the whole process by not responding. The person I was dealing is Pumza Batyi she's consultant there.
