Duplication of accounts /paid up lettwr /ITC update
I paid an account and was provided with a paid up letter 4 years ago but out of the blue I am getting calls and il told the same account the is closed is till outstanding. The call center ppl seem to not know what they doing. Theu take you from pillar to post yet one does not even get the help the need
