Dont pay your account through them,they dont send you the proof of payment.

Me and my husband is busy buying a property and we got inform about my husbands african bank that there is a outstanding on his loan. Immediately I made arrangements to pay the account that was listed at Nimble group.The took the money out of my account.Me my husband's wife the total amount.They told me they will send me the next day the layup letter.And now the refuse to send me the letter.Im hi wife that called to pay his account to get the payup letter.They know they talked to me the whole time on whatsaap and on the calls.They took the money out of his wife bank account but refuse to send me the payup letter.Where is the popi act now,the reason the cant send me or email my husband the proof of payment.Im gonna put the arrangements here were they state they will send me the payup letter when they received the payment!
