Do you job and stop being useless!!!!!

This company is just clueless, they don't know what they're doing. My account has been fully paid yet on my credit score I'm still stuck on the same amount since they took over. Asked my account to be written-off since I no longer owe anything and was told it would clear with 2 days. It's been almost 2 months later and my credit score is still the same. I've been calling them and emailing them with no assistance.
