Do not sell your accounts to Nimble

Good day, Nible is the most pathetic Comapny that any creditor can ever sign their debt over too. They are unhelpful and never get back to a person. I have been trying to resolve an account for about 3 months now. They offered me a discount of R 701+ @ R 58+ a month for 12 months to settle my account, but the document and all their messages still says that I owe a balance of R 2000+. I refuse to pay them as they are commiting ***** so be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when you commit to anything with them. I have been waiting for them to listen to a telephone recording with the settlement agreement and a Supervisor has not been getting back to me for 2 months. I told them I will start paying once all the agreed amounts and terms are on the settlement letter. Their whatsapp service is pathetic and even though you whatsapp them everyday and they have your details, you have to give it to them over and over everytime. They are just useless. PLEASE PEOPLE, RATHER SELL YOUR ACCOUNTS OVER TO SOMEONE WHO MAKES AN EFFORT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I really am trying to sort out my account but what kind of Company is Nimble. There is just no service at all.
