Dispute-Black Listed for a contract I did not sign for.

I have recently viewed my credit report, and noticed that I am listed by Nimble group for MTN account ***

In 2019, I received a call from Mondo group, calling on behalf of MTN.I was offered a data contract and told that I will be paying R89.00. up on accepting the contract over the phone. few months later from MTN, notifying me that my account is outstanding, because I haven't paid the R200 instalment. I then made them aware that the person who sold the deal to me, told me I would pay R89.00. I asked MTN to pull the call recordings and listen to the call of the sale. since then, I haven't heard from them.

Few months later, I received calls and emails from Nimble group, they were debt collecting on behalf of MTN. I then explained to them what had happened. I also put my dispute in writing, and I was promised that they will investigate and get back to me, to this date, i haven't had any feedback regarding my query, all i get is email attempting to collect the balance that accumulated over the years.

today i check my credit report and i am Listed for this account without investigation. I was misled with false information and as a result i feel that i am not liable to pay for, In my view, the contract is null and void and MTN failed to provide me with proof showing where i accepted R200.00 contract.

Can you kindly assist me to get this listing removed from my profile. I have attached my dispute communication for your consideration.
