Dishonesty with nimble collections

Nimble collections are quick on endless calls and harrase you over the phone on when are you making payments and they give you your balance over the phone they dont send you statements to keep track of your payments and this is not acceptable because i pay my hard earned money every month to them but they are not transparent with my every month payments . I need to be able to see my statements every month and their consultants cannot even take a simple email to send you statements this is so frustrating because i want to pay off my debts and they want me to endlessly pay the account that i cannot even see the outstanding balance and their app is not allowing you to use it . It is not user friendly
