Dishonest ********* entity who doesn’t stick to arrangement and is non responsive
I have logged a complaint 10 days ago and still haven’t received a response… I want the credit bureau updated as promised before I report this to an Ombudsman. I paid a discounted offer to settle my account as arranged and to date I have not received a paid up letter and the bureau has not been updated.
