Disgusting service

I had an account which was in arrears and given over to this people. After they agreed to deduct R150 and I paid up my account suddenly it is listed on my itc which I worked hard to build my credit scored now it's tarnished again because they say I apparently skipped all payments in 2024 but the deducted every month... they are a bunch of vultures preying on the poor and vulnerable. I am disgusted by how they operate.
