DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE

A lady called me a few minutes ago,she used sarcasm to be rude with me,wen i asked her why she is being rude she started yelling and dropped the call on me.As part of the FAIS act to my understanding we as customers need to be treated with honesty and integrity and it is really disgusting that this company have people employed like this,I WANT FEEDBACK ON THIS CALL BECAUSE I AM A CLIENT I DO NOT WANT A CALL BEING DROPPED ON MY EAR AFTER SCREAMING AT ME
