Disgusted in debt collection agencies desperation

I get sms from HC debt collections I advised them that I have been divorced for years. This is for TV license I asked to speak to the manager but they blocked my call talking about my personal emotions saying I was inlove with my ex husband and now. I went angry. These debt collection agencies are so desperate to secure debts that they harass people ********ly... Talking nonsense like you were inlove I mean really how deep does these collection companies go? Intruding on people's lives?
