Disappointed at the lack of "service", "compassion" and "regard"

I'm utterly appalled at the level of compassion this company has, this is now my second review that I submit to Nimble Collection. In my last review I was promised to be take off ITC, that was 4 - 5 months ago! Like really what is happening with this company are they taking people serious or is it just a group of do not understand customer service? I am really at a loss for words ; there is no compassion , understanding or acknowledgement! I mean I've paid them in full! Why am i still on ITC 10 months later???? They were harassing me to pay and i did! Now what?? Wow Nimble Collection you guys are really making my life hell. I guess now i should seek legal counsel in this regard.
