Demanding payment for an account that has been settled in 2019!!!!!!!
As per my communication with Megan Schilder on various occasions explaining that I have paid this account - Cell C- in full in December 2019 and was settled in FULL as proved by my paid-up letter received and that I have attached along with my proof of payment to 3 emails that I sent to the Nimble Group and Nimble group still demanding payment.
WHY? PAYMENT FOR WHAT? If the account is paid up!!!!
This is taking forever to get resolved mainly due to the poor reply on their side..
