Deliberately ignoring court orders and disregarding consumer emails and escalations to NCR

these guys are deliberately ignoring a court order, this account was part of the process they then decised to update their status to prescription interrrupted indicator which is incorrect misleading and deliberate on their part, they ignore emails it seems though they do not regard escalation aswell even though the NCR has been informed. they need to rectify this on their part as its a fault on their end.
