Delayed confirmation Letter

Nimble Group acknowledged a miscommunication with their clients and promised to send me written confirmation that my late sister’s Zone Fitness account had been closed. Months later, I am still waiting for this closure letter. Despite repeated follow‑ups, no confirmation has been provided. This delay is unacceptable, and I am now escalating the matter here again to hold Nimble accountable for honoring their commitment and providing the closure confirmation without further excuses.
