Debt that I'm not aware of on my credit scorce

On my credit record it shows that i owe Nimble R118 536 which is I'm not aware of. it says i took the loan on the 27 October 2009 that is strange for me because i was not even working i was unemployed that year the whole year , who would have borrow someone such money without payslip?...please assist they must clear my name maybe there is some kinda mistake somewhere somehow. This is affecting my credit status
