I am sick and tired of paying you guys without the balance owed never ever going down. No one cares to explain why this is happening. When we started I owed R6,431.73 I've paid R3746.08 in the time I've been with you guys. To my surprise I owe still owe you R6,150.94 what is keeping the amount the same when I have paid so much over the years?
