Please remove yourselves from my credit report as soon as possible, because I have never taken up any contracts with you... ********, breach of POPI Act...I have never taken up any accounts with any lender within the last 7 years. I will report you if this is not sorted out within the next 48 hours. You have re surfaced an old account on my ITC (since April this year) that account had never been in my for many years. What you are doing is damaging my credit score. I give you 48 hours to remove yourselves and send me a clearance letter with an apology urgently or my lawyers will be in touch.
