Daily harassing calls for debt PAID!!!!!!!!!

The call centre continues to harassment me every day, twice a day to inform me that I need to pay an outstanding amount for my Bonitas Medical Aid (Bonitas :Our ref: ********** 7). Each and every time I inform you guys I've already paid directly to Bonitas I there is no money outstanding. I have provided proof payments as well as an email confirm this from Bonitas but still you continue to harass me. Each time I get told they will put a note on the system and then continue to call me. This is honestly pathetic! You don't respond to the countless emails I sent to ********** so this is my last resort! I'm sure I'm not the only one that's getting harassed on a daily basis for debt already paid!
